I'm Julia. Along 20+ years of building commercial, digital and customer strategy across four continents, I've learned to hold the whole picture — the business complexity and what's happening between the people navigating it, the opportunity on the horizon and the friction no one has named yet. Strategies fail for two reasons, often at once: the thinking isn't sharp enough, and what's unspoken in the room is louder than what is. I work on both.
